As part of the Olympic year, the Accord et Accords association, in cooperation with the town of Soisy sur Seine (close to PARIS FRANCE), is organizing a free event open to all, starting from 24/05/2024 , on the themes of "Art, Sport and Environment"called "HORS JEUX".
As part of this event, a call for photos is launched in order to stage an exhibition of the photos selected.
Purpose: selection of around 25 photos for large format prints (80cm x 120cm) for outdoor exhibition. Other photos will also be selected for indoor exhibition and printed in smaller format.
Theme: SPORT (in the broadest sense). Photographers will be free to use their imagination to illustrate this theme.
Deadline for entries: 02/04/2024
Sending address: accordetaccords@gmail.com (to send your photos, we recommend using Wetransfer, for example).
5 photos maximum (landscape or portrait orientation )
Ratio: close to 2/3 (corresponding to the ratio of 80cmx120cm prints)
Definition: JPEG/JPG 350 DPI (for large format photos)
Date, place and title of photo (to be mentioned separately)
Participation is free of charge and implies full acceptance of the attached rules.
APPLICABLE RULES
Author's identity: the organizer will mention the author's first and last name on the prints.
Author's commitment: see appendix 1, to be signed by authors whose photos will be accepted.
Age: for minors, parental authorization is needed.
Liability: the organizer cannot be held liable for any use of the photos.
Rights: The author retains all intellectual property rights to the photo.
The organizer retains ownership of any prints made. He/she may use them for non-commercial purposes within the framework of his/her activities and may not transfer them to a third party.
Selection: A collective will decide which photos are to be submitted anonymously. The authors of the selected photographs will be asked to sign the attached appendices.
Selection criteria: relevance of subject, originality, technique and artistic interest.
